Customisation options
Colour and dimensions
Colour references may be supplied as a Pantone number or physical swatch, with a lab check before bulk production. Carton length, width and depth are prepared against the approved specification.
Printing and packing
Flexo, screen, offset, heat transfer and sublimation methods are reviewed against the selected board and artwork. Packing can be quoted as ratio-packed, poly-packed per piece or in bulk, with labels matched to the buyer distribution-centre requirement.
Certified inputs
GRS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and FSC-certified inputs are available where applicable to the programme. Coverage is confirmed for the exact material and construction, with current documentation.
Production planning and samples
Indicative daily capacity
Corrugated master and inner cartons: 12,000 pieces per day. Auto cartons: 20,000 pieces per day. These are indicative figures; availability and scheduling are confirmed for each order.
Counter samples
Samples are prepared against the requested construction, dimensions and artwork rather than taken from a fixed catalogue. Turnaround is confirmed against the production schedule before an order is placed.

Include the carton style, ply or board requirement, dimensions, colour or print reference, packing configuration, quantity, sample requirement and delivery destination. Minimum quantities and applicable certificates are confirmed per product line.
